Tej Bandhu Group

Tej Bandhu Group operates out of Gali No. 2 in Laxmi Nagar. Our office is on the second floor of D-37. If you know Laxmi Nagar, you know it’s a maze of narrow streets and shops, but there’s a lot of life here. Getting up to the second floor involves some narrow stairs that have seen better days. The office itself is a bit of a mix of different rooms. We’ve got files stacked up in the corners and the furniture is old but sturdy. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We don't have a HR department or anyone to handle public relations. We are just a small group of people working in East Delhi. The noise from the street below always drifts up, so it’s never truly quiet here. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and the neighborhood knows us. There isn't a lot of structure to our day. We just start working on whatever is most urgent. We don't have a big breakroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or go to a local shop for a quick bite. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We don't care much for polished images or looking important. We just want to get through our work and make sure everything is handled properly. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic place, but it’s where we feel at home and get things done every day.
