Technica Lites

Technica Lites is located right in Malviya Nagar. It is a busy residential and commercial area so there is never a dull moment. I opened this shop because I wanted to work for myself instead of some big company. Malviya Nagar has a lot of competition but I think people appreciate a place where they can just walk in and get help without a lot of fuss. We handle a lot of mobile phone issues like broken buttons or speakers that have stopped working. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have some old display cases and a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait. My nephew helps me out in the evenings after his college classes are done. We spend a lot of time just talking to the people who live nearby. It is more than just a business for me; it is how I stay connected to the neighborhood. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the door but we just put a bucket down and keep going. We sell recharges and those small memory cards that people still use. I don't use any fancy systems to keep track of things, just a big notebook and a pen. It works for us. The days can be long but I like being my own boss and seeing familiar faces every day.
