Tata Telecom Centre

Madangir Central Market is a loud place, and we are right in the middle of it at B-17. This shop, Tata Telecom Centre, has been part of the block for quite some time now. We deal with all sorts of mobile stuff, mostly things people need for their daily use. Chargers, batteries, screen guards, that kind of thing. It's not a huge place, so things can get a bit cluttered behind the counter. We spend most of our day looking at small screws and trying to figure out why a phone won't charge. It's tedious work but someone has to do it. The market is always busy, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping for groceries and clothes. We see a lot of familiar faces from around the neighborhood. Sometimes people just drop in to ask a question about their settings. We don't mind. It's just how things go here. The sign outside is a bit faded, but it's still there. We open up pretty early and stay until the market starts to quiet down. It’s not a corporate office, just a workspace where we try to get things done. We have a lot of different parts in those little plastic drawers. Finding the right one usually takes a second. It's a simple setup. If you live around Madangir, you've probably walked past us a hundred times. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is just a shop.
