Tata Indicom Exclusive Stores

The Tata Indicom Exclusive Store we run is at Janakpuri Pankha Road, W/Z-50. It’s a corner spot that gets a lot of foot traffic from the main road. The glass front is always covered in fingerprints because so many people lean against it while waiting for the bus. Inside, it’s a small room with a counter and some stools for customers. We spend our day helping people with their phone connections, recharges, and fixing small issues with their devices. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything. We just have a few tools and a computer to log into the systems. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a few old posters here and there. We don't have a huge staff, just two or three of us who take turns behind the counter. Sometimes it gets really busy and people have to wait outside on the pavement. We try to get through the queue as fast as we can, but some things just take time to process. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little shop on Pankha Road stays mostly the same. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea when there’s a quiet moment. It’s just a regular service point where people come when they need a quick fix for their mobile stuff. We don't do anything fancy, just standard daily work and talking to whoever walks in.
