Tata Indicom Customer Care

This place is located on the Main Mathura Road at Ishwar Nagar, and if you're looking for the exact spot, it's near that 0.0833333333333333 marker which is a bit of a weird way to describe it but that is how it shows up on the map. It’s a standard service office where we handle all the Tata Indicom stuff. There are desks lined up with computers that sometimes take forever to boot up in the morning. We spend our time talking to people about their bills or helping them get their connections sorted out when things go wrong. The chairs in the waiting area are covered in blue fabric that has seen better days, and there’s always a stack of old forms on the corner table. It’s not the most exciting place to work, but we stay busy enough with the constant stream of people coming in from the main road. The noise from the traffic outside never really stops, so you have to speak up a bit when you’re talking to a customer. We have a small water cooler in the corner that glugs loudly every time someone uses it. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years, so we know the regular complaints and how to fix most things pretty quickly. It’s just an office where we try to get through the paperwork and help whoever walks through the door before we head home.
