Taneja Telecom Center

We’ve been running the shop here in Rajouri Garden at 1655/B-3 for quite some time. It's a busy part of the neighborhood, and we see all sorts of people walking in throughout the day. The shop isn't very big, just a few glass cases with some memory cards, earphones, and various mobile accessories. Most of our work is just helping people get their new phones set up or fixing a screen that took a bad fall on the pavement. I usually sit behind the small desk in the corner while my brother helps out with the customers at the front. We aren't one of those bright, white stores you see in the big malls with the neon lights. Our floor is a bit worn out and the chairs are just plastic ones we bought years ago. It feels more like a place where you can just stop by and ask a quick question without feeling pressured to buy something expensive. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. Sometimes the internet is slow and we can't process the digital payments quickly, which gets frustrating, but our regulars understand. We have a small radio that plays the cricket scores when there's a match on. We just try to get the job done so people can get back to their calls. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy being the local spot for phone troubles.
