Tallil Communication

Tallil Communication is our small shop located on Okhla Road. We are specifically situated on the High Tension Road in the Shaheen Bagh area, at E-184/C. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of people walking by all the time. We mainly focus on mobile phones and everything related to them. This means we do a lot of recharges, sell various types of chargers, and fix cracked screens when people drop their phones. The shop isn't very big, so it can feel a bit crowded when more than two or three people are inside at once. We have a couple of glass display cases where we keep the accessories and some second-hand phones we might be selling. I stay in the shop most of the day, dealing with whoever walks in. Sometimes people come in just to ask how to use a certain app or to get a new SIM card. We don't have any polished sales talk. We just tell people what we can do and how much it will cost. The high tension wires overhead are a constant reminder of where we are. It’s a simple neighborhood shop. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure people can stay connected. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes because technology is always changing, even in a small place like ours.
