T Star Communication

Being located at A218 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I means we are surrounded by a lot of factories and big warehouses. T Star Communication is a bit different because we mostly serve the workers and the office staff who are here all day. It’s a very industrial setting, lots of trucks and noise from the nearby units. Our shop is a place where people can duck in for a quick mobile fix or to grab a charger they forgot at home. We keep a good stock of the basic stuff because people in this area don't have time to waste. I’m usually there from early morning, setting things up and checking what repairs are pending from the day before. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of the industrial area, but we’ve got a small cooler to keep the heat down. It’s a practical shop for a practical part of town. We don’t do any flashy displays. Most people just want to know how much a repair will cost and how long it will take. We give them a straight answer. Sometimes we get busy with bulk orders for SIM cards or company phones, but mostly it's just one person at a time needing a screen fixed. It’s a busy environment, and we just try to keep up with the pace of Okhla. It’s tough work sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do best.
