Our office is located at 1745 in the NEPZ area of Noida. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of factories and big companies all around us. We have been working out of Sec-29 for quite a while now. The main thing we do here is help people find jobs and help companies find workers when they have openings. It involves a lot of sitting at desks, making phone calls, and looking through stacks of resumes. Sometimes the office is really quiet and other times everyone is talking on the phone at the same time. We do not have a fancy lobby with expensive chairs or a big reception area. It is mostly just a bunch of desks, computers, and files everywhere. Hiring can be a real headache for everyone involved, so we just try to make the whole thing a bit more straightforward. People come in looking for better work, and we see what we have on our lists for the local area. There are days when we find a great match quickly and other days when it feels like nothing is working out. That is just the way this business is. We focus mostly on the local zone because that is what we know the best. If you know where the NEPZ gate is, you know this side of Noida. We keep regular hours and usually get in early to talk to people before their shifts start. It is just a plain, working office.
