Sweety Communication

If you go down Lane-4 in Shaheen Bagh and look for Gali No.2, you’ll find Sweety Communication. It’s a tight squeeze in these lanes, but that’s the charm of the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a good bit. Mostly, we sell SIM cards and do mobile recharges, but we also keep a stock of headphones and phone covers that people seem to like. The name Sweety comes from my daughter, and it just stuck when we opened. The shop gets quite dusty because of all the construction nearby, so I’m always wiping down the glass counters. People in Shaheen Bagh are friendly, and often they stop by just to ask for directions or use the phone. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that make a lot of noise. It’s a busy little corner. I handle most of the customers myself, and sometimes my brother helps out in the evenings when the crowd grows. We don’t do anything complicated, just the basics that people need every day for their phones. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way. Most of our customers are regulars who live just a few doors down. Life here moves fast, but inside the shop, we take our time to get things right.
