Swami Enterprises

Swami Enterprises is a small shop located at D-96, Shop No 10 in Munirka. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes of Munirka, you know it’s a very busy place with lots of students and people living nearby. Our shop is tucked away among many others. It’s not a big space, just enough for a counter and some shelves to hold our goods. We spend most of our day sitting here, waiting for people to walk in. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are regulars who live in the neighborhood, and others are just passing through. Shop No 10 has been our base for quite a long time. It can get very crowded in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or getting food. The shop is simple. We have a fan that hums all day and a small stool for when we get a break. We don't have a computer system or anything fancy. We just write things down in a ledger. It’s the old way of doing things, but it works for us. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near D-96, so most people just walk. We like the energy of Munirka. There’s always someone talking or some music playing from a nearby stall. It’s a noisy but friendly place. We just try to be helpful to whoever comes through the door. Usually, we close up when the street lights come on and the crowd starts to thin out.
