Suvidha Telecom

Located at A 327 in Ashok Vihar Phase III, Suvidha Telecom is a fairly standard local phone shop. We have a glass counter near the front where we keep some of the newer accessories and a small workbench in the back for the actual repair work. The space is a little tight, especially when a couple of people are waiting for their phones to be fixed at the same time. We have a lot of different cables and plugs hanging on the walls, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact one someone is looking for. The shop isn't particularly fancy; the paint is peeling a bit near the ceiling and the floor tiles are a little cracked in the doorway. But it’s home to us. We see a lot of the same people every week coming in for recharges or just to ask a question about their device. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a mobile circuit board. It gets pretty busy around evening time when people are heading back from work. We try to get through the repairs as fast as we can, but we don't like to rush things and make a mistake. It’s a simple business. We open up, do the repairs, sell some small items, and talk to the neighbors. There's nothing complicated about how we run things here at Suvidha Telecom. We’re just here to help with your phone.
