Suvidha Caterers Tent & Decorator is located in Hauz Khas at E 18. This is a nice area, but our work is mostly done at other people's locations. We have a lot of equipment stored here. There are poles for tents, stacks of chairs, and big rolls of fabric for decoration. We also handle catering equipment like large pots and serving dishes. It’s a lot of logistics. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. Usually, we are busy planning for weddings or local parties. The office part of the shop is quite simple. We have some photos of past setups we've done on the walls. It’s not a fancy showroom. People usually come in to talk about their dates and what kind of food they want. We don't have a big staff, just a few reliable people who have been with us for years. Hauz Khas can be a bit quiet in this particular street, which is good for moving our stuff around. Every event is different, and things often go wrong, like a tent tearing or a stove not working. We just have to fix it on the spot. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the setup done on time. It’s tiring work, especially during the peak wedding season when we hardly get any sleep. But we’ve been doing this for a long time now. We just take one event at a time and do what is needed.
