If you walk down the main road in Guru Nanak Nagar, you’ll find us at 71A/1. We named the place Super Communication, though it’s really just a small shop where we help people with their phones. Tilak Nagar is always crowded, so there’s always someone coming in with a broken screen or needing a new SIM card. I started this because I liked messing around with gadgets, and it turned into a full-time thing. The shop is pretty small, and sometimes it feels cramped when three or four people are waiting at the counter. We have a lot of different cables and chargers hanging on the walls. I try to keep things organized, but on busy afternoons, it gets a bit messy. I spend a lot of time explaining how certain phone features work to older folks who find the new tech confusing. It's a lot of talking. Some days the internet is slow and we can't do the recharges quickly, which is frustrating for everyone. But mostly, it’s just a normal routine. We open up early and stay until late evening. There are a lot of other shops nearby, so we see the same faces every day. We don't do anything special, just fix what’s broken and sell what people ask for. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even if the traffic outside is loud and never seems to stop.
