We have been here in Govindpuri for quite a while now. My name is on the sign outside, and most people around Kalkaji know where the shop is. It is a small place at 5216, but we keep it busy enough. Dealing with phones and all the little parts that go with them takes up most of our day. Sometimes the internet is slow or a screen is cracked, and that is where we spend our time. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a counter, some tools, and a lot of wires. People stop by when they are walking through the market. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It gets loud out on the street, especially in the afternoons when the traffic picks up. I usually have tea around four o'clock right there at the desk. The shelves are mostly full of chargers, cases, and those little screen protectors. If something isn't in stock, we just order it and tell the person to come back in two days. It is simple work. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the repairs. The shop has its quirks, like the front door that sticks when it rains. But it works for us. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down for the night. Living and working in the same area means you get to know everyone's name. It's just how things go here at Sunrise Telecom Service. It is a steady life.
