Suman Tent House

Suman Tent House is located in the Paharganj Industrial Area at E-95. We have lots of fabric and heavy poles stacked up everywhere you look. It is a big space but it always feels full of stuff. When the wedding season comes around, it gets very hectic and we are out in the sun a lot. The industrial area is a bit gray and dusty but we have lived and worked here for ages. E-95 is easy to spot once you get near the corner. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the carpets and checking the metal poles for any bends or rust. It's hard work on the back sometimes. We often sit on the folded chairs in the afternoon and just watch the trucks go by on the main road. It’s not a fancy job by any means. We just provide what people need for their family gatherings or local events. The office part is just a small corner with an old ledger book and a pen that usually runs out of ink. We don't bother with computers much. Everything is written down by hand. If a customer comes, we show them what we have in the back. Sometimes the rain makes moving things difficult but we manage to get by. We’ve been at this address for many years and people in Paharganj know our name well. It's just a regular local business. We keep the doors open and wait for whoever needs a tent.
