You can find us at Kashmere Gate inside the Narain Motor Market, shop number 631/62. If you've ever been to the motor market, you know it’s mostly about car parts, oil, and grease. We are one of the few places around here that deals with phones and communication stuff instead of engines. The shop is small and usually smells a bit like the exhaust from the shops nearby. We get a lot of mechanics and drivers coming in to get their phones fixed or to buy a new charger that won't break in their truck while they are driving. It’s a loud area with a lot of heavy lifting going on outside on the pavement. Inside Subham Telecom, it’s a bit calmer but still busy with people asking for things. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with small boxes of spare parts. Most days are spent sitting behind the counter waiting for the next person to walk in with a cracked screen or a battery that won't charge anymore. We don't have a big sign or bright lights, just the address on the door. It’s an old building, so the walls are thick and the floors are a bit uneven. We know most of the guys in the market, so there’s always someone stopping by to chat or share a cup of tea. It’s a very specific kind of place to work, surrounded by all these car shops in Kashmere Gate. We stay busy till evening.
