Spice Hotspot

We have been running Spice Hotspot here at Mehrauli Main Market for quite a while now. The Anaj Mandi area is always loud and full of people moving sacks around, and our spot at 876/6 is right in the middle of all that daily heat. Most days it’s just us trying to keep the shelves stocked and making sure the spice blends don’t get mixed up in the chaos. It gets pretty dusty, and the traffic outside is a total nightmare some afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have fancy glass displays or anything like that. There’s just a small wooden desk where we do the paperwork, and usually, someone is sitting there drinking tea while waiting for a delivery truck to show up. If you walk by, you’ll see we have plenty of bags piled up high. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the weather or how much the price of cumin has gone up again. Other days we can’t even catch our breath because there are so many bags to move. We just do the work and go home. People know where to find us because we’ve been at this same address for years. It’s not a polished place, just a regular shop where we handle spices every single day. The floor is old concrete and the lights flicker a bit, but it works fine for what we need.
