Spice Hotspot

Spice Hotspot is located over in the Janakpuri area. It’s not a huge place, but we manage to fit a lot into our small space here. Most of our days are spent dealing with different kinds of spices and food items that people need for their cooking. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us, just a few of us who show up every morning to get things ready for the day. The shop can be a bit cluttered because we are always getting new deliveries in from our suppliers. We don’t really go for a polished look; the shelves are just there to hold the stock and they do their job well enough. People from around Janakpuri stop by throughout the day, and we try to get them what they need without taking too much of their time. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the bins full and the floor swept when we can. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we manage to handle it. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area well. If you’re around and need something for your kitchen, we’re usually here from morning until evening. It’s a simple shop and we plan to keep it that way for the future.
