Spice Hotspot

You can find Spice Hotspot at B-31b in Vijay Nagar. It is a lively area with a lot of students and young people walking around at all hours. We sell mobile phones, various accessories, and do recharges. The shop is quite small, and we try to squeeze as many glass display cases in as possible. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone gets off work or school. We spend a lot of time explaining different phone features to people who are not quite sure what they need. We also fix cracked screens and battery issues when we can. It is a lot of small parts and tiny screws, so you have to have a lot of patience for that kind of work. Sometimes the internet goes down and we cannot process the digital payments, which is a real headache for us and the customers. We have got a little stool behind the counter, but we are mostly on our feet all day long. The street outside is always noisy with honking cars and people talking. We know most of the regular customers who come in for their monthly top-ups. We do not have any fancy sales tactics or anything. We just show people the phones we have in stock and tell them the price. It is pretty straightforward. Some days are better than others, but that is just how it goes with a small shop like this. We keep a stash of tea bags and biscuits in the back for slow afternoons.
