Spice Hotspot

Our place is called Spice Hotspot and we are over at the Ashok Vihar Cinema Commercial Complex 1. Being right near the cinema means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just there for a movie and stop in for a quick snack, while others work in the nearby offices and come to us every afternoon. The commercial complex is always buzzing with energy, which can be a bit draining after a long shift. Our shop is not very big, so things can get a bit cluttered behind the counter. We have some posters on the wall that have been there since we opened, and they are starting to fade a bit now. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to run things. It is just us doing the daily tasks, cleaning up, and making sure the supplies are ordered on time. Sometimes the drain in the back acts up or the lights flicker, but we just fix it and move on. It is a practical way to earn a living in a busy part of Delhi. We are not trying to be the most famous place in Ashok Vihar, we just want to stay open and keep the regulars happy. Most days we are just tired by the time we lock up, but it feels good to have done a full day of work. It is just a normal, everyday food spot for normal people.
