Spice Hotspot

It’s been quite a while since we set up at Prahladpur Khasra No 185 2 A 34. It started because there weren't many places around this part of town to get the kind of food we actually liked eating ourselves. We just wanted a simple spot where people could drop in without any fuss. The kitchen isn't very big, but we keep it busy from morning until late evening. Most days, it’s just us trying to keep up with the tickets and making sure the supplies coming in are actually fresh. It gets pretty loud in here when it's crowded, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have fancy seats or designer lights, just some basic tables and chairs that do the job. People come by after their shifts mostly. It is honestly a lot of work running a place like Spice Hotspot, but it is what we know. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes early, especially if the local market was thin or the deliveries got stuck in traffic. That just happens sometimes. We try our best to keep the floors swept and the stove going. If you’re walking anywhere near this block, you’ll probably smell the spices before you even see our sign. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a few of us in the back and a small counter out front for taking orders. We handle everything, from scrubbing the pots to counting the cash at night. It stays really hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but we’ve just gotten used to it.
