Sony Communications

If you ever find yourself in the Badli Industrial Area, you might pass by Suraj Park where we are located at A-31. Sony Communications has been operating from this spot for a while. It is mostly an industrial zone, so it gets quite busy with trucks and workers during the day. Our shop is a simple space where we handle all sorts of phone and communication needs. It’s not a big showroom with bright lights, just a practical shop with some counters and chairs for people to sit while they wait. We spend a lot of our time dealing with technical stuff, fixing things or setting up new connections. The air here usually feels a bit heavy because of all the factories nearby, but we have a small fan that keeps things moving inside. Sometimes customers come in frustrated because their devices aren't working, and we just try to see what can be done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve got a lot of cables and spare parts tucked away in the drawers. It gets a little crowded when more than three people are inside at once. Working in Suraj Park means you get to know the other shop owners around here. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It is a straightforward way of living and working, keeping the business going at A-31. We don’t really do fancy ads, just rely on people finding us.
