Sonex Communications

Sonex Communications is based in Malviya Nagar. We are at Begmpur Park, on Shvalik Road, specifically number 4. It’s a lively part of Malviya Nagar with people always walking around. Our shop is where we handle all sorts of phone-related stuff. These days, everyone has a mobile, so there is always someone coming in with a cracked screen or a battery that won't charge. We also deal with recharges and new connections. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We have some glass counters where we keep a few gadgets and accessories. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a regular local shop where you can get your phone fixed or buy a cover. The neighborhood at Begmpur Park is quite friendly. We know many of the people who live in the nearby flats. Sometimes they just stop by for a chat while we are working on a handset. Shvalik Road can get a bit crowded in the evenings, which is usually our busiest time. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard and a SIM card. It’s a lot of sitting behind a desk and looking at small parts under a light. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can't. It's a steady job and we like being part of the Malviya Nagar community.
