We are over at H-88 Muradi Road in Batla House. It is right in the middle of Jamia Nagar, which is one of the busiest parts of New Delhi. Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in a building that has seen a lot of history. The streets outside are narrow and always full of people, rickshaws, and vendors. It can be quite loud, but we are used to the buzz. Our office is just a couple of floors where we sit and work on marketing projects. It isn't a high-end agency with glass walls. We have simple wooden desks and some old fans that hum all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our laptops. Because it’s Batla House, there’s always good food nearby, which is a plus. We don't have a big HR team or a lot of rules about what to wear. We just need to get the work done for the people who hire us. Sometimes we have to stay late, and the whole neighborhood is still awake and moving outside. It’s a very lively place to be. We aren’t trying to be fancy or sound like we’re from a big corporate tower. We are just a local team in a busy neighborhood, working hard every day to keep things moving forward. It’s a real, messy, and busy place to work, but it suits us just fine. We have been here on Muradi Road for quite a while now.
