Our office is tucked away in Lane 12, over in B.N. Nagar. It's part of Shahdara, right here in Delhi. Sodexo Facilities Management Services India Pvt Ltd is the name on our door. We spend our days looking after various management stuff from this small spot at 192/1,B. The lane is usually crowded with bikes and people walking. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else. We aren't big on fancy decorations here. Mostly just desks, chairs, and some computers that have seen better days. There’s a tea stall around the corner we visit way too often. Managing facilities takes up all our time. We have a small team that keeps things moving as best as we can. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People stop by to ask for directions or drop off papers. It’s been our home base for a while now. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. This place works for us. We handle a lot of requests every single day. It’s loud outside sometimes, especially when the local market is busy. But inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. It feels like a real community around here. We’ve been at this address for quite a while. It’s just a normal office in a normal street. We keep it simple and focus on the daily tasks.
