Sma Impacts Pvt Ltd is right on the Main Patel Road in Patel Nagar West, at number 2632/24. Being on the main road means it’s never quiet. There is a constant hum of cars and rickshaws outside our windows. Inside, we have a few rooms set up for our daily tasks. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a practical office where we focus on getting our stuff done. We have a couple of old fans that make a clicking noise, but they keep the air moving. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking to people about their needs. There isn't any fancy art on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up so we don't forget things. We like to keep things straightforward. If someone calls, we answer. If there is a problem, we try to fix it. We don't have a team of people in suits. We are just regular folks who live around the area or take the metro to get here. The neighborhood has everything we need, so we usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby. We have been here for a while and the people around us know what we do. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand on Patel Road. It’s just how we operate.
