We are located over at Shaheen Bagh E 58, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront with a lot of mobile accessories hanging up. I spend most of my day behind the counter looking at tiny screws and phone internals. It’s funny how many people drop their phones right outside their own front door. We get a lot of those cases here. Besides repairs, we sell a lot of small stuff like memory cards and those cheap earphones that everyone likes. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we know most of the people who walk past every day. It’s not like those big malls where nobody knows you; here, we talk about the weather or the local news while I'm fixing a charging port. The desk is always a bit of a mess with tools and bits of plastic, but I know where everything is. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a smartphone. On hot days, we leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze, even if it means more dust. It’s a steady job, and there’s always someone who needs their phone looked at because the buttons stopped working or the screen went black for no reason.
