Sing's Communoication

Our shop, Sing's Communoication, is over in Patel Nagar West. It is a small place where we handle mobile repairs and recharges for the neighborhood. I have been working here for quite some time now. The street outside is usually full of people going to the main market. We have a glass counter where we keep some old phones and various chargers for sale. It is mostly just me and one helper running the place. We spend a lot of time looking through magnifying glasses at small chips and circuits. Sometimes the repairs are easy, like a simple screen replacement, but other times the boards are just dead and cannot be saved. We try to be honest with people about whether their device can actually be fixed. We have a small wooden stool for customers to sit on while they wait for us. The walls could definitely use a new coat of paint, but we just haven't had the time to do it. There is a lot of competition in Patel Nagar West, but we have our regular customers who trust us. We do not use any fancy software for the accounts, just a big ledger book that we keep under the counter. Sometimes the internet goes down and we cannot do the online recharges, which is frustrating. But that is just how things go. We stay open quite late most nights of the week.
