Singhal Hospitality Service

We operate out of B/139 in Ramesh Nagar. It’s more of a service-oriented place where we handle things for guests and local events. We aren't a five-star hotel with a marble lobby. It’s just a regular building where we try to make things comfortable for whoever comes through the door. Most of our time is spent making sure the rooms are tidy or the food is ready. We have a small staff, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute I might be answering the phone, and the next I am helping out in the kitchen or fixing a leaky tap. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes. Ramesh Nagar is a lived-in neighborhood, and we like that it feels like a real community. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide a place and some help when people need it. Sometimes guests are easy to please, and other times they are a bit more demanding, but that is just the service industry. We don't have a big advertising budget. Most people find us because they were looking for a place in this specific part of town. We try to be honest about what we offer. It is a simple life and a simple business, and that suits us just fine. We have seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years and we still enjoy being a small part of it.
