Sigman Radio

We have been here at K-1/A on Kalkaji Main Road for quite a while now. Most people around here know the shop because of the old sign and the stacks of electronics in the window. It is not a very big place and things can get a bit messy when we are busy working on something. We deal with radios, obviously, but also other small gadgets that people bring in when they stop working right. Sometimes the parts are hard to find so things sit on the shelf longer than they should. My hands are usually a bit dirty from solder or dust because there is always something to pull apart. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a workspace with some counters and a lot of wires. You might find me drinking tea in the back if the shop is quiet. The traffic on the main road is always loud but we are used to it. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. If a radio can be fixed, we try our hand at it. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. Sometimes people just stop by to chat about old tech or ask for advice on a piece of gear. That is how it goes here in Kalkaji every day. We open up in the morning and stay until the shutters go down at night. It's a simple life.
