We are located over in Rohini, specifically in Pocket G-27. It's more of a residential vibe around here compared to the big markets. The shop is small, just a basic room with a glass counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We mostly spend our time doing recharges or looking at phones that won't turn on. It's a lot of tiny screws and small parts that are easy to lose if you aren't paying attention. The floor is just plain tiles and we try to sweep it every morning, but the dust from the street comes right back in. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on a news channel or a cricket match if one is playing. It keeps us company during the quiet hours in the afternoon. Neighbors often stop by just to say hello or ask about their phone bills. It's a pretty relaxed place. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. Just regular clothes. Sometimes the kids from the nearby flats come in asking for sweets or small toys, even though we mostly just do mobile stuff. We have a drawer full of old cables that we keep just in case someone needs an old charger. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We aren't looking to expand into some giant chain; we like being the local spot.
