Down here at F-12 in Lado Sarai, we just keep things moving every day. It’s a bit of an interesting spot in Mehrauli, tucked away where the streets get a little narrow. Most nights it gets fairly busy, especially towards the weekend when people are looking to unwind. We didn't really plan for it to be anything specific, it just kind of grew into what it is now. The lighting is a bit low, which helps hide the scuffs on the floor. We do our best to keep the music at a level where you can still hear the person sitting next to you, though sometimes the volume knobs get turned up a bit high by mistake. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened up. We don’t use any of those big management systems, just a notebook and some good memories for who ordered what. Sometimes the kitchen runs a bit slow if everyone arrives at the same time, but nobody seems to mind too much. It’s just part of how things go here. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the night is over, getting ready to do it all again. It's not a fancy place with velvet ropes or anything. Just a spot in Mehrauli where you can hang out for a bit. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop by to spend their evenings with us.
