Hookah Mediterranean

We are located over in Vasant Vihar, specifically at Basant Lok 1. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of shops and people always moving around. Our place, Hookah Mediterranean, is where people come when they want to sit down and slow down for a bit. We serve Mediterranean food, nothing too complicated, just stuff we know how to make well. We also have the hookahs, which is what a lot of people come for in the evenings. The place isn't huge, so the tables are kind of close together, and it can get pretty loud when it's full. We’ve had the same group of guys working here for a long time, so we all know how the kitchen runs. We don't have a fancy interior designer. We just put up some things we liked on the walls and tried to make it comfortable. The music is usually playing, and sometimes you can hear the street noise from outside. It’s a casual vibe, not a place where you need to dress up or anything. We see a lot of students and people who work in the nearby offices coming in to unwind. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People usually find us because they were already in Basant Lok and wanted a place to hang out. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but we think that’s what makes it feel real. We just keep doing our thing and serving our customers every day.
