Shri Digital Studio

Shri Digital Studio is tucked away in Kirti Nagar at 41279. I started this place because I liked taking pictures, but now it’s mostly passport photos and printing work. The studio isn’t very big. I have a backdrop hanging in the back that I’ve had for a decade. People come in for their visa photos or when they need a nice print for a frame. Kirti Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always someone knocking. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it has to be for the camera. I spend a lot of time sitting at the old computer editing things. Sometimes the printer jams and I have to spend an hour fixing it. My hands usually have a bit of ink on them. At 41279, we’ve seen a lot of families grow up. We take photos of the babies, and then years later, they come back for school IDs. It’s nice to see. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the shoes coming in and out. I don't use fancy words to describe what I do. I just take the photo, print it, and hand it over. The shop gets a bit cold in the winter months. I keep a small heater by my feet to stay warm. It’s a quiet kind of work most days. I like the smell of the paper and the ink.
