Shri Balaji Indicom

You can find Shri Balaji Indicom at Kalyan Puri 456. It’s a local spot where people come when they have trouble with their mobile connections or need a new SIM card for their phone. We also sell some basic accessories like chargers and earphones. The shop is small and the shelves are usually pretty full of various boxes and wires. We’ve been in Kalyanpuri for a good amount of time so most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular counter and a couple of old stools for people to sit on while they wait for their phone to update. We handle a lot of recharges throughout the day. People come in complaining about their data not working or their balance being low for some reason. We just try to fix it for them without making the whole thing too complicated. Sometimes the kids from the school nearby come in to look at the latest colorful phone covers. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside. We open up around ten in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. It’s just us doing our bit to help the local people stay connected. We don't need any big advertisements because the community knows we are here to help.
