Shri Balaji Fire Works

I’ve been running the shop here for a long time. Shri Balaji Fire Works is tucked away in the Shakarpur Upadhyay Block, specifically at Patpar Ganj Road U 52/3. It’s a lively neighborhood and we have seen a lot of changes over the years. Most of our days are spent moving boxes around and making sure everything is stacked just right so we can find things quickly when a customer walks in. We deal with all the usual stuff like sparklers, ground spinners, and those loud crackers that the kids love so much. During the festival season, the place gets incredibly busy and the street outside is always full of people. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside the shop because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. My brother usually helps me out when things get frantic. We don’t have a fancy website or any of that modern stuff. People just know where we are and they stop by when they need something for a wedding or a celebration. We try to keep a good variety of items so there is something for everyone, even if the shop is a bit small. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to tell people to come back the next day, which is just how it goes sometimes. It’s a simple business and we’ve been part of this community for a long time now. We just open up every morning and see what the day brings.
