Shree Radhey Communication

Shree Radhey Communication is a small shop in D Block of Beeta 1, out in the Rampur Jagir area. It’s mostly just a counter with some glass cases for mobile phones and accessories. We do a lot of recharges and help people fix small issues with their phones. The shop isn't very large, so it can feel a bit tight when three or four people are inside at once. We have posters of different networks on the walls, and the light from the display cases is what keeps the place bright. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, but we get busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We don't have any fancy technicians; we just do what we can to help. If a phone is really broken, we tell the customer to go to the bigger service center in the city. We sell screen guards, chargers, and headphones too. Sometimes the internet is slow and the recharges take a while to go through, which can be frustrating for everyone. We try to keep things friendly and simple. We’ve been here for a bit and know most of the kids and the elders from the D Block. It’s not a big business with a huge turnover. It’s just a neighborhood shop where you can get your phone topped up and have a quick chat while you wait.
