We’ve got a small setup over in Pitampura at number 31. It’s a simple shop where we help people with their mobile phones and other small electronic needs. It’s not one of those big, shiny mobile stores you see in the main markets. Our place is more about getting things done quickly. We do a lot of recharges, sell sim cards, and have a small glass case with some basic handsets and covers. The lighting is a little dim and the chairs are just plastic ones, but it’s a comfortable enough spot to sit and wait while we fix something. People from the nearby blocks usually come to us because they don't want to travel far for a simple recharge or a screen guard. We spend our days chatting with customers and keeping an eye on the street. It’s a quiet enough part of Pitampura most of the time. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we just sit there in the dark for a bit, talking until it comes back on. We don't have a website or anything like that; people just know we are here by word of mouth. It is a small business run by local people who just want to do a decent job every day. There’s no pressure, just the daily routine of helping folks stay connected with their families and friends. It’s what we do and we've been here for a while now.
