Shivam Commucation

Our shop, Shivam Commucation, is tucked away in Dilshad Garden at L-38-A. If you live around this part of the neighborhood, you probably know the block. It’s a local spot where we spend our days handling mobile phones, SIM cards, and all those small accessories that people seem to lose every week. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have some glass counters that have seen better days and a couple of stools for when we get a chance to sit down. Most of the time, though, we are standing up, helping someone who dropped their phone or needs a new screen protector. It’s a lot of fiddly work with small screws and delicate parts. Sometimes our eyes get tired from looking at those tiny components under the lamp. We hear the sounds of the street all day long, the honking and the people walking by. It’s a regular routine. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get the tea going. Most of our regulars are people who live just a few streets away. They come in for a quick fix or just to ask why their signal is acting up again. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just stay here and do what we know how to do. It’s practical work, and it keeps us busy from morning until we pull the shutters down at night. That is just how life goes here.
