Shiv Watch & Mobile

We are located at GG I 140A on PVR Road, right in the main market of Vikaspuri. It’s a lively spot because of the cinema and all the shoppers walking by. Our shop is small, mostly divided between the watch section and the mobile section. We spend a lot of time squinting through those little magnifying glasses to fix tiny watch gears or replacing cracked screens on smartphones. It’s delicate work and requires a lot of patience, especially when a customer is waiting right there at the counter. We have watches hanging on the walls and glass cases filled with phone covers and chargers. The market can be very noisy with music and cars, but we stay behind the counter doing our repairs. Sometimes we get old clocks that haven't worked in years, and other times it's a brand new phone that someone dropped on the pavement. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tools. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby blocks in Vikaspuri. They stop by while doing their evening shopping or after watching a movie. We keep it simple here—just stools for us and a small space for people to stand. It’s a basic shop where we try to get things working again. We've seen the market change over the years, but we're still here at the same spot, just fixing what comes through the door.
