Sharma Telecom Centre

We have been running Sharma Telecom Centre at Mathura Road 382/3 for quite some time now. It is a small place, nothing too fancy to look at, but we stay busy enough. Most days involve a lot of sitting at the workbench fixing small parts or talking to people about their mobile plans. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic on Mathura Road, but that’s just part of being in this area, I guess. We handle things like screen repairs, software updates, and selling chargers or cases. It’s mostly locals who drop in, people who live nearby or work in the shops around us. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. Sometimes the parts take a day to arrive, and we just tell people to check back later. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the city. We just want to make sure when someone brings a broken phone, they get it back working. There’s always music playing in the background and someone usually has a cup of tea going. We know most of our regular customers by name. If you are looking for 382/3, we are right there. It’s a straightforward business. No complicated talk or hidden stuff. We just open up in the morning, do the repairs, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady life here, and we like it.
