Shankar Communication

This is Shankar Communication, located in New Patel Nagar. Our address is 2151/E-2A/1. It can be a little confusing to find us if you don’t know the backstreets here. We work with mobile phones and other basic electronics. The shop isn't very big at all. We have a few glass display cases for chargers and some used phones we’ve fixed up. Most of the time you’ll find us leaning over the counter with a magnifying glass. We do a lot of soldering and fixing ports that have stopped working. Patel Nagar is a busy place, so there’s always someone coming in with a phone problem. Maybe they dropped it or the software is acting up. We see all kinds of issues every day. We don't use fancy technical words when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to be fixed and how long it’ll take. There are no hidden charges here. We aren't part of any big franchise. It’s just us running this little place. The building is old and the space is tight, but it works for us. We keep the ceiling fan on high all summer because it gets quite hot inside. We have some regulars who stop by just to chat for a bit. It’s a simple setup. We don't have many employees, just a couple of us doing the daily work. We usually stay open late because that’s when people need us.
