Parimal Publications

We are over at No. 27/28 in Shakti Nagar. It is a decent-sized space where we handle all the things that come with being Parimal Publications. We’ve got books piled up in almost every corner, and the sound of the printers or people talking about layouts is pretty constant. Shakti Nagar is a nice spot to work out of, even if the traffic gets a bit much during the rush hours. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception area. Most of the time, we are just in the back making sure the pages are right and the covers look okay. It is a lot of detail work, and sometimes our eyes get tired by the end of the day. We have been doing this for a while, so we have a routine that works for us. It is not always quiet here; there is usually someone dropping off paper or picking up a finished order. We prefer it that way because it keeps the day moving. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our work is physical, handling the actual books and making sure they are ready to go out. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things properly. We know the other shop owners on the street, and we all just get on with our day.
