Our office is tucked away in Street Number 9 in West Vinod Nagar. If you know Delhi, you know these streets can be a bit tight. We’ve been at A-212 for a long time. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on outside. We handle various services for people, mostly international stuff but it all starts here in this small office. It’s not a big corporate place with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks and computers and a lot of files. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but that’s just living in Delhi. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking on requests. It’s practical work. We don't have a big marketing team, it’s just us doing the jobs as they come in. Most of our neighbors are regular families, so it feels like a real part of the community. We try to keep things simple. If someone calls, we answer. If there’s a problem with a service, we try to fix it. It gets loud sometimes when the local market is busy. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s home for the business. There’s no need for a fancy downtown office when this works fine. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy with the results we get them.
