We are located in New Delhi, 110027, and we’ve been operating for a good while now. The name sounds pretty big, but we’re really just a group of people helping others get things done, mostly with travel and tours. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking dates, and making sure flights or hotels are actually booked right. People come to us when they want to go somewhere but don’t want the stress of doing it all themselves. Our office is full of brochures and maps that probably need updating, but the information in our heads is current. We’ve seen the travel industry change a lot, but the basics are still the same—people just want to get where they’re going without a fuss. We handle the boring details so they don't have to. It's not always easy, especially when there are delays or cancellations out of our control. We spend a lot of time apologizing for things the airlines do, honestly. But we try to fix what we can. We don't have any fancy technology that does the work for us; it’s mostly just us on the phones and the internet making sure everything is lined up. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. We’re just a local Delhi office trying to make the world feel a little smaller for our customers, one ticket at a time without any extra fluff or nonsense.
