You can find us at B 9 in the Local Shopping Centre at Naraina Vihar. We are situated right on the Ring Road, which makes it quite easy to get to us from most parts of Delhi. We are in A-Block, and a good landmark to look for is the Polka Restaurant; we are very close to that. Our office has been in this spot for years, and we’ve become a regular part of the local scene here. It’s a small, functional space where we handle all our daily tasks. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time, so there’s a bit of a family feel to the place. We deal with a lot of international services, so there’s always something going on with passports or travel documents. It’s not a high-end corporate office with glass walls, just a normal place with desks and computers where we get things sorted. Sometimes the Ring Road traffic is a bit much, but being so central has its advantages. Customers usually drop by because they know where we are, and they prefer talking to someone face-to-face. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a process is going to take a week, we tell people it will take a week. We don't believe in over-complicating things. It’s just us doing our jobs in a neighborhood we know well. It’s a basic, reliable operation.
