Serum Marketing & Communication Services

We are tucked away in Flat G-14 of the Brindavan Apartments. It’s at 92 Krishna Nagar, right in Safdarjung Enclave. This part of New Delhi is pretty nice, lots of trees and old buildings. We do marketing and communication services. It sounds like a lot, but really we just help people get their message out. We aren't a big agency with a rooftop bar. We are in a ground floor flat. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but it works for us. The team is small. We spend a lot of time talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out and meet them across the city, which means dealing with the Delhi traffic. We’ve been at this for a while. Serum is just the name we chose. We don't have a fancy mission statement. We just try to write things that make sense and help businesses talk to their customers. It’s a lot of typing and proofreading. Some days the internet goes out and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back. We are just normal people trying to do a good job. We don't use much jargon because it just confuses everyone. We like being in Safdarjung. It’s a good central spot. We stay busy and we try to keep things moving without making it too complicated. It’s just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of the city.
