You can find Sehrawat Mobile World right on the Thana Road in Nangloi, near the 1628 mark. It’s a busy area and we’re right in the middle of all that chaos. I’ve spent more hours in this shop than I have at home lately. We sell different kinds of mobile phones, mostly the ones that people can actually afford without breaking the bank. It isn't some glass-walled showroom; it’s a practical shop where the floor gets a bit dusty from the street outside. I spend a lot of my time explaining how the different features work to people who aren’t very tech-savvy. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the shop a bit stuffy, but we have a fan that does its best. We keep a stock of batteries and earphones because those always seem to break at the worst times. I try to be fair with my prices because I know everyone is working hard for their money around here. If a repair is going to take two days, I tell them it'll take two days—no point in lying about it. The shop has been a part of this neighborhood for a while, and I like seeing the same faces come back. It’s just a normal business trying to help folks stay connected without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk. We keep the doors open until late so workers can stop by on their way home. It's a tiring job but it's ours.
