Saurabh Telecom

Saurabh Telecom is situated in the Kalkaji DDA Flats, specifically J-2/109A. This is a residential area, so our customers are mostly the people who live in the flats around us. We aren't like those big stores in the malls. We are a small local shop where you can walk in wearing your slippers to get your phone fixed. My cousin and I run the place together. We have been at this J-2 address for several years now. We handle all kinds of things like mobile recharges, bill payments, and selling basic accessories like tempered glass and silicon covers. The shop is filled with boxes of different parts and chargers. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors who come in. Sometimes they don't even need anything for their phones, they just want to chat for a bit about the weather or local news. In the evenings, it gets quite busy when people come back from work and realize they need a new cable or their phone isn't charging right. We try to finish the repairs quickly because people can't stay without their phones for long these days. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Kalkaji community. We don't have any big plans to expand, we are just happy keeping things running smoothly here for everyone in the block.
